Lounging Lizard Platters

We provide a variety of sculptured and ready to serve Platters for those Lounging Lizards that don't want to leave their Beautiful Home away from Home!! Platters can be delivered any day during your stay for lounging by the Pool. They are also great as an Arrival Meal for your first night after a long day of Traveling!

"Hummingbird's Fruity Delight" - Whole and Sliced Fruits circle Cheese served with Crackers.

"Sea of Spreads" - Cheese, Spreads, Salami, Pepperoni, Olives, Peppers, Veggies and Grapes. Served with Crackers and Multi-Grain Bread.

"Iguana Deviled Eggs"-18 Traditional Deviled Eggs

"Volcano Veggie Salsa" - Susie's Favorite New Mexico Recipe. Diced Veggies, Green Chili’s, Corn, Garlic, Cilantro, Lime, and Fresh Tomatoes.

"Tropical Mixed Greens" - Locally Grown Mixed Greens, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Carrots, Scallions and Bell Peppers with Fresh Crouton Sticks & Mango Vinaigrette Dressing.

"Coral Veggie Pasta"- Penne Pasta, Grilled Veggies, Olives, Mozzarella Chunks in a Balsamic Vinaigrette. Topped with Roasted Sesame & Sunflower Seeds.
Add Asian Sesame Chicken or Old Bay Shrimp

"Island Style Lasagna" - Traditional Marinara layered with Mozzarella, Parmesan & Ricotta Cheese. With a long loaf of Parmesan Garlic Bread. Cooked and ready to re-heat!
