Christy's of St. John, Inc. Policies & Delivery Fees

Reservation Policies:


All Services, Platters, Rentals, and Products must be prepaid in full 14 days prior to your arrival, to confirm your order. Rentals are limited, so we do recommend 30 days prior, and 90 days for holidays.
*Holiday Fee - Some services may incur an additional charge for Holiday’s: Easter, 4th of July, Thanks Giving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve/Day.

Delivery Fees:


Delivery fees apply to all Delivery Services; Rentals, Platter drop-offs, Groceries, & Supplies.

 

$10- Cruz Bay To Hart Bay or Car Rental Co.

$15- Fish Bay, Gift Hill

$25- North Shore, Bordeaux & Ajax Peak

$30- Upper Carolina, Central Coral Bay

$35- Outer Coral Bay & East End

 

 

Invoice Policies:


After our review of your Order, we will send an invoice which will include: Item count/cost/size, Special instructions for your order, & Delivery fees. If you have special Nutritional needs, allergies, or cannot eat items please write on order form. These requirements should be written on your invoice and Hi-lighted in RED; check for this information. If it is not stated on the invoice we are not aware of any special instructions on your order. Please review this invoice to see that your information on your villa, times, and choices are correctly listed.

Payment Policies:


Payment maybe made(14 days prior) by personal check, Visa, or Master Card.
Orders requested last minute (less than 3 days before your arrival) must be Paid in Full with a Credit Card while placing the order.
Orders placed with less than 24 hours notice of arrival must be paid in CASH upon arrival.
Late night last minute orders will incur a $30 after hours fee starting at 7:00pm.
Christy's of St. John will charge card or deposit check thus confirming your order. We will send your receipt by e-mail.
All additional Services or orders during your stay will be charged to the credit card on record or paid by Cash.

Cancellation Policy:


Christy's of St. John does charge a 20% Handling fee for cancellation of confirmed Service, Platters, Delivery fee or Product. Cancellation with more than 14 days prior to 1st service ensures a refund of 80%.
Christy's of St. John has a NO Refund Policy for Platters, Services, Delivery fees or Products with less than 14 days notice before first order date.
Service, Platters, Delivery fee, or Product may be re scheduled if trip is rescheduled within 1 year. The Payment is not returned just applied to the new booking date. There is a 20% (of order total) re-booking fee, for this service.
